When you send a message through this website we receive your name, email address and message. We use them only to reply to you, and we do not sell or share them.

If you subscribe to our deals emails we keep your email address, when and where you signed up, and send you new releases and specials. Our email provider (Brevo) holds the list to send them; every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Subscribing also gives you a one-time welcome code. We keep the code with your email address, and a note of the order it was used on, so that each code works once.

Card payments are made on a secure page run by Stripe, our payment provider. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us. Stripe gives us your name, email, delivery address and what you ordered, so we can post it, and emails you a receipt. How Stripe handles your details is in its privacy policy. This website keeps only a short record of each order (what was bought, the total and Stripe's reference, with no personal details), so it can mark pieces as sold.

To stop abuse of the sign-in, signup and checkout, the site keeps a scrambled, one-way code made from your internet address, never the address itself.

Order records, including any identification requested for orders over $5,000, are kept as Australian law requires and stored securely.
