Shipping and returns
In short: The Coin Shop posts within Australia for a flat $15.95, and free on orders of $300 or more, with signature on delivery. Orders are shipped within 48 hours of payment clearing. A piece that is not as described can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping
- Products are shipped within 48 hours of funds being cleared.
- Shipping within Australia takes 5 to 7 business days from when Australia Post receives the parcel.
- Once your order has been despatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email or SMS, to the email address or phone number used at checkout.
- We offer flat-rate shipping of $15.95 for orders delivered within Australia. It includes postage, packing and tracking.
- Orders of $300.00 or more qualify for free shipping within Australia.
- Orders of $300.00 or more automatically qualify for signature on delivery, for products delivered within Australia.
Returns policy
Our products are new or collectable stock, sourced from mints, distributors, wholesale suppliers and other industry partnerships.
We offer a 7-day return period from the date of receipted delivery, where the product is not as described on our website, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and condition. Sealed new mint packaging on products must not be opened, damaged or removed from its original sealed packaging.
How do I return a product?
Please email The Coin Shop before returning a product.
Include all the details in your email so we can verify it, for example your order number, the details of the product and the reason for the return, and we will start the review process.
